Meet the team

With a high level of experience across all areas of asset finance, I have worked for bank owned, private equity owned, and independent businesses and am a passionate supporter of SMEs. I have oversight of distribution, operations, first line credit risk, and operational risk.

I work in partnership with brokers to structure asset finance solutions for SMEs across the UK with a regional focus on Scotland. I specialise in complex transactions, particularly refinance, that require a pragmatic, commercial view of risk.

I have worked in Asset Finance for 20 years with funders including ING and most recently Hitachi Business Capital Finance where I was Sales Manager for Farm and Cross Channel Delivery. I'm really relishing the opportunity of diving growth with our new Stance Asset Finance team.

With over 15 years of industry experience, I’ve helped build high performing teams from the ground up, combining strong broker relationship management with deep SME insight to consistently deliver optimal outcomes across all transactions.

I enjoy working closely with brokers to build lasting partnerships and deliver competitive funding solutions for their clients, always aiming to create quick, smooth processes and outcomes for everyone involved.

I work closely with brokers to structure asset finance and refinance solutions for SMEs across the UK. My background includes significant experience supporting the Tier 3 market, with involvement in more complex transactions.
